John Mignona
I was born and raised a diehard Eagles Fan in Philadelphia, PA. After losing my mother and father at a young age, my brother Joseph Mignona was instrumental in raising me and will always be my hero!
I went on to attend Penn State and loved my time there. As a huge football fan, I follow the team closely and always pray they beat Ohio State and Michigan.
After many years in the industry, I started Carolina Shores Vacation Rentals with Sue Ann here in the Outer Banks. A vacation brought me to the area originally, and once I experienced all the magic OBX has to offer, I just couldn’t leave! I’ve lived here for over 30 years now.
My greatest joy is my sweetheart, Madison—everything I do is for her, and once you meet her, you’ll love her just as much as I do!

Brenda McNeil
I’m Brenda McNeill, Property Manager. I’m a Kitty Hawk native and I grew up here when things were much different than they are today.
The Outer Banks has a special place in my heart, and I love the mystery of the Lost Colony, the incredible feat of the first flight, the beautiful beaches and vast ocean, and amazing sunrise/sunsets.
I’ve been married for 34 years and have two adult sons, one daughter in law and a precious pup. I have been working in the real estate industry in some capacity since 1988. When I’m not working, I love to cook (and eat), read, garden, play with my pup, and work on stained glass projects.

Megan Woolard
My Name is Megan, and I am the Maintenance Dispatcher for this wonderful company.
My favorite thing about the Outer Banks are the wild horses, lighthouses, and the history of some of our buildings like the Historic Corolla Park.
A little bit about me, my favorite holiday is Halloween and I love Fall. I spend a lot of my free time with my family, we like to be outdoors hunting, fishing and anything sports related. When we're not doing things as a family I like to read a vast array of books!
